MEDICAL IMAGING OPENS STATE-OF-THE-ART RADIOLOGY FACILITY
IN THE NORTHLAND
July 1st – Kansas City – Medical Imaging is opening a new
15,000 square foot radiology facility in the North Oak Medical Plaza,
a block north of Route 152 on North Oak Trafficway. The new facility will
offer Open and High Field MRI’s, CT Scans, Ultrasound, mammography,
nuclear medicine, osteoporosis screening, and basic X-ray services.
Medical Imaging has been serving the Northland for more than thirty
years. They
will close their Parvin Road facility and open at the new North
Oak location on July 12th.
The new Medical Imaging facility will represent the state-of-the-art
in radiology technology, and provides the very best in patient comfort
and convenience. It will also serve as headquarters for the Kansas City-based
company, which recently opened another facility at the Eastland Center
in Independence.
Medical Imaging will be the only freestanding radiology provider in the
Northland offering the very latest in Breast Health technology, including
the new Breast MRI and the minimally invasive Mammotome breast biopsy
procedure. It will also offer the most advanced nuclear medicine technology,
along with extensive ultrasound capabilities.
Medical Imaging pioneered the concept of freestanding radiology facilities
in the Greater Kansas City community.

Medical Imaging is proud to announce the following appointments:
Sandee Colling has joined the North Oak location as a registered sonographer
technologist.
Ronnie Gibbs has joined the North Oak location as a registered sonographer
technologist.
Diana Divine has joined the Shawnee location as a registered sonographer
technologist.
Kami Bates has joined the North Oak location as a registered MRI technologist.

On March 9th, Medical Imaging opened the most advanced radiological facility in Kansas City at 19000 Eastland
Center Court in Independence (click here for map). Kansas City
Chief player Priest Holmes joined our Spokesperson Anne Peterson, our Board of Directors, the Mayor
of Independence
and the President of the Independence area Chamber of Commerce to commemorate the event. Hundreds
of people took the unique opportunity to meet Priest Holmes, Anne Peterson, and tour our remarkable
facility.
